Information on this site

We keep the content of this site accurate and current, but it is general information and not an offer. Prices, transit times and conditions apply only when confirmed in writing for a specific shipment.

Shipments

Each shipment is governed by the offer we send you, our booking confirmation and the conditions of the carriers involved, together with the international conventions that apply to the mode of transport. Those documents prevail over this page.

Tracking and the customer portal

Tracking information comes from our own records and from carriers, and can be delayed. Portal accounts are personal: keep your password private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that is misused.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access data that is not yours, test the security of the platform without our written permission, overload the service or collect data from it automatically. We limit the rate of requests and may block addresses that abuse the service.

Intellectual property

The ShipWise name, logo and the texts and images on this site belong to ShipWise PC. The platform software is developed and owned by Daedalos Labs and used under licence. You may not copy or reuse either without written permission.

Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by using this website or by temporary unavailability of the site or the portal, except where the law does not allow this limit. Liability for shipments follows the documents named under "Shipments".

Law and courts

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Piraeus have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.
